Who are we ?
Benoît Thieulin CEO, Consultant
With a degree of political sciences from "Sciences Po Paris", Benoit Thieulin lived in Indonesia for 4 years. Back to France in 2000 he joined the PM's office coordinating the ".gov.fr"'s websites. He set up a technology watch during the 2005 Referendum campaign that took place on the internet and then was charged by the European Commission to built a portal on european issues.
After leading Ségolène Royal's internet campaign during her bid for the "socialists" primaries and the presidency in 2006/2007, Benoit Thieulin and 4 other associates created La Netscouade, an internet agency, specialized in online image and opinion watch, communauty building and management, participative processus, online influence and reputation strategies.
Matthieu Lerondeau Manager, Consultant
With a degree of political sciences from "Sciences Po Paris" and a Master of Information systems and new media, Matthieu had always known that Internet would change the world ! Project manager for Information Services of French Government (SIG), this political online uses fan soon opens the works of the Online users rights Congress, about innovant subjects.
Chief officer for the the Center of information about Europe administrator - www.touteleurope.fr, he created in March, 2006 first observers unit about Europeen subjects.
Matthieu joined La Netscouade in december 2007, as a manager. He created the Observatory.
Julien Dreher Project manager, Consultant
2.0 Tools concepter (blogs, sites, wiki) and consultant specialized in strategies of adaptation in social Web, on-line activism, participative campaigns, internal collaborative tools, he is consultant and project manager in La Netscouade.
Julien is specialized in the conception and in the management of the "Media 2.0" projects and in social networks under Drupal as Mediapart.fr, Cmonclubdefoot.fr, Demo-part.org, , Nonfiction.fr, etc.
Thomas Lecourbe Project manager, Consultant
With a Communication-Media licence and politic sciences studies, Thomas collaborated from 2007 to 2007 at several television shows, inside redaction teams (information, entertainment, realTV...)
He joigned La netscouade in 2007 as a project manager specialized in participative plateform conception. His knowledge of meedia and particulary of television, made him managering the device for the national debate about French public television future : matelepublique.fr
David Clavereau CFO
With a Master of business law and Economy studies, David is a participative democracy specialist : community management and campaigning online.
He collaborates for 2.0 tools conception (blogs, sites, wiki, maps) as a specialized consultant in strategie.
He is, in La Netscouade, the Chief Financial Officer.

Marie Tregouët Observer
She integrates the Obervatory of Netscouade as an oberver. She drafted weekly syntheses for the environment and insertion Grenelle as well as for brands as Hachette Literature. She also realizes studies of audiences as for the sites of nonfiction.fr or to matelepublique.fr.
Manon Bouchardeau Observer
With a master in sociology of modern societies, Manon continued with a Social Sciences Master applied to Intercultural in consumption and organizations in La Sorbonne. In 2007, she joined TNS Sofres in international qualitative studies department. Then, she joined the Observatory in La Netscouade, where she realizes studies for brands : "Image" and " Diagnosis of reputation " for customers.
Lei Ting Observer
Nowaday (today), she works in freelance for "Chineplus",an Hachette magazine and punctually as observer in La Netscouade. She likes to work in these issues : What are doing chineses people on Internet ? Who are theses "giants" of China web? What are chinese discoveries in web? What chinese internautes people think about Tibet, Olympics games and other chineses main topics ?
Fabien Munier Technical Director
Engineer in computing, university graduate of Technology on Belfort Montbeliard, Fabien is specialized in realization of complex online plateforms.
Fabien joined La Netscouade as Technical Tirector. He steered in particular the technical conception and the developments of projects built around Drupal: Mediapart.fr, Grenelle-insertion.fr, Matelepublique.fr, Demo-part.org.
Rodolphe Schnell Developer
Crazy about new technologies and video games, Rodolphe joined La Netscouade as Web Developer in 2008 and participated in conception and realization of sites Mediapart.fr and Cmonclubdefoot.com.
Xinhui Xu Developer
Working in maintenance, the network, and customer support, Xinhui specialized in Web developments. He made his first ones weapons as developer in the French federation of basketball, where he participated to back office deployment and to a medical intranet creation, in association with the French team doctor.
In 2008, he joined La Netscouade to be in charge of projects as Ifform, Image7, MSms, Euronautes or our own website, La Netscouade.
Brice Laurent Artistic director
Brice took La Netscouade artistic direction conceiving our own visual identity in 2007. Interested in typography, photography and architecture, Brice likes leading, for every customer, a global abstract réflexion to go beyond the Website, and be able to propose other supports screen (animation, flash, videos, mailing) or print.
Enora Denis Webdesigner
After a degree of Visual communication school (ECV Paris), Enora Denis became freelance webdisigner for Beaubourg center, Paris city hall and lots of festivals, for who she realized posters, books and stickers.
Interested in comporary art, edition and Internet, she joined La Netscouade in 2008.
Benjamin Verneau Integrator
He did a training course of multimedia technician, option graphism, to the International Institute of the Multimedia in 2004. He became a freelance integrator (for Aquent, Desgrippes Gobé, La Chose) to assure sites and newsletters integration. Hehas a wide knowledge of the CSS2, in XHTML, masters Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as the standards of accessibility. He is specialized in integration on CMS (Joomla and Drupal). Benjamin became the official integrator of La Netscouade in 2008.
Julian Schmerkin Integrator, Flasher
After his gratuation, Julian Schmerkin began naturally computing studies. Graduate DUT to Services and communication networks, he realized a training course and became famous drawing AutourDeMinuit site, completely in Flash.
He joined La Netscouade in september 2008 as a flasher et integrator.
Sarah Jacquet Community manager
After writing two novels for Pocket Jeunesse, she became journalist and main rubrical director for two free city-magazines, EnVille and Rendez-vous. Today, she works in La Netscouade as « community manager », where she is in charge of PR digitals with bloguers, editorial staff of contents ; with a speciality in in e-mailing marketing (list-building).
Stan Hannoun Community manager
Stan was multimedia project manager jr for Unifrance and promote movies all over the world. He joined Empire Interactive, video game editor, then the distributor Equation as attaché de presse and in charge of partnerships. He joined La Netscouade as Community manager and PR manager. He is in charge of online communities animation and online PR campaigns.
